Around our yard

Here are some pictures of our yard and gardens. As you can see, we spend a lot of time outside. I am anxiously awaiting for my two little "weed pickers" (Kelsey and Justin), to get big enough to help pull weeds! The front

our side yard, the steps go up to a deck and pool

This is my rose garden, Phil and I were dead-heading the roses last week and pulled off over 1,000 old blooms. (I counted) The roses are doing real well, now that the deer have quit eating the buds!

This is Kelsey and Justin's play area,,,,sometimes us big kids go down the slide too! Phil, Kelsey and I have picnics up in the tree house. Why does the food always taste better up there?

Back Yard

The watergarden, with lots of fish, dragonflies, birds, frogs and waterlilies. One morning, several years ago, I sat on the swing eating breakfast and started counting waterlily blooms, I stopped at 88! It was just awesome. Last time Phil counted, he had 21 different varieties.

Bridge,,,,a good place to lie down at dusk and watch the bats fly overhead.

Froggy

Fish.... Koi, goldfish, Orfs and who knows what else.

Deck out back, great place to sit and listen to the rain on the tin roof....

This is Phil's favorite garden to weed.
